Picking Paint

We have some big projects coming up: Painting our foyer and 2nd-floor hallway, the main staircase, our front porch, and then in the spring we will stain our deck (which is WAY overdue!). When it comes to making decisions for our home I usually know exactly where I want to go and what I want to do. This time around I have 2 things that I am considering and need to make a decision fast. Do I go with a pure white in the foyer and keep it a clean pallet or do I pick a soft grey and add a touch of color? The area does not get a lot of light so I think white may be the way to go. The other thing I am considering is for our front porch. The ceiling is currently white and I am thinking about going super dark grey or black. I recently saw a before and after shot on Instagram, it was lovely. It added depth to the front of the house that made it pop. I’ll be sure to add pictures after each project-be sure to let me know what you think. I look forward to connecting again soon.
